When I first started drinking ozonated water—2 glasses a day, I got a big surprise. After a few days, I felt so ill that I went to bed for a couple of hours. Two days later, after a bowel movement, I discovered a 6-inch worm in the toilet. It was an ascaris worm about 1/8 of an inch in diameter. All I could think was how grateful I was that it was no longer in me.

When I told one of my health practitioners about it, he said the worm would have been with me for a long time in order for it to be that big. I realized that everything we do adds to what we've done. Over the years I have used several health therapies—herbal parasite cleanses, liver cleanses, and more recently the Beck Protocol. Each of these steps probably helped weaken the worm. So, for me, ozonated water was the last straw—it couldn't hang in there any longer.
