Daisy Overcomes Cancer
S.B.J., Texas, USA

This is a true story about our dog Daisy and her treatment for cancer.

Our large 9-year-old female Rottweiler, Daisy, was diagnosed with bone cancer over 1½ years ago. She had a lump on her right front paw so my husband and I took her to the vet for an x-ray. It was full blown bone cancer that had spread to the lymph system and spots in her lungs. This is a form of cancer that “rotties” are susceptible to. The vet (non-holistic) said that it was a fast growing type that had already spread and the best thing to do to prevent her from suffering was to put her down. The vet’s prognosis was that she would be dead in one month to 6 weeks.

To my husband and I that was unacceptable. Our dogs are like our children and are pure family. My husband is a Naturopath. We said that we would use the same methods for Daisy that he uses for humans with cancer.

1) Complete diet change to ground raw meat and vegetables with lots of herbs and vitamins mixed in with added pure powdered gelatin.

2) Incision on the paw to the bone and then packed with Cansema. This was changed every other day for three weeks. Cansema is a black topical salve recognized as a natural cancer treatment system. The active ingredients are zinc, bloodroot and chaparral. We also washed and soaked the paw in colloidal silver at a concentration of 25 ppm for 20 minutes at a time.

3) Pulsed daily with a magnetic pulsing unit for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Pulsed 10 minutes on paw and 5 minutes on each swollen lymph node (3 of them) and 2 areas on her lungs at 5 minutes each.

4) Stopped the Cansema after 3 weeks

5) Continued daily cleaning of the wound in paw with colloidal silver and continued daily pulsing.

The Cansema ate away the entire metatarsal bone of her paw. On the x-ray after the first month the paw was empty, the lymph nodes were normal, and the lungs were almost clear. Every 3 months new x-rays were done and continued to be clear with the empty space now filling in with new bone. We also gave her 2 heaping teaspoons of coral calcium daily.

It has been over 1½ years and our Daisy is doing fine. We still pulse her daily for at least 20 minutes. The vet is now becoming a holistic vet.

One other note, whenever we changed the dressing, Daisy would not look at the wound. She would turn her head away until after it was cleaned and re-wrapped. She never fussed over the treatments even though we knew she was in pain. When we would come home at night she would be waiting to say hello and would hold her paw up for us to see and give her a kiss. She would sit and wait while my husband prepared everything and then let him treat her without moving or pulling away. She knew that what we were and are doing was helping and still waits to be pulsed everyday.
